Jim and Dolores Fournier, Selkirk, NY, are proud to announce the marriage of their daughter, Kristina Marie Fournier to Brian John Frugis, Jr., son of Brian and Susann Frugis of Pequannock, NJ. The bride received her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Plattsburgh in Elementary Education and her Master’s Degree from The College of St. Rose and is currently employed as a reading teacher for East Greenbush Central School District. The groom received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutger’s University in Atmospheric Science and is employed as a meteorologist for the National Weather Service. The wedding took place at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Albany, followed by a reception at The Century House in Latham. After a honeymoon in Hawaii and Las Vegas, Mr. and Mrs. Frugis make their home in Voorheesville.

OSTERHOUT’S MARK 70 YEARS Walter and Doris Osterhout of Eisenhower Court, Colonie, celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary with a dinner party followed by an open house with family, friends and neighbors. The dinner party was given by their children and spouses – David and Diane Simons of Plainville, Conneticut; Dean and Karen Osterhout of Latham; and Ray and Denise Palmer of Scotia. Walter and Doris were married on January 17th 1942 at the Stanford United Methodist Church in Schenectady. The former Doris Miller graduated from Mount Pleasant High School and was a homemaker. Her husband Walter graduated from Nott Terrace High School and was employed by the New York Telephone Company. They have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The future groom holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and is a Program Director in the Ignatian Center at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California. The couple plans a May 13, 2012 wedding in Kansas City, Missouri.

He attended Lehigh University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics. Timothy then attended and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. He is now an attorney in Rochester, New York, working as Confidential Law Clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul R. Warren. A May 26, 2012 wedding is planned in Lake George.

James and Marcia Morrow 50th Anniversary James and Marcia (Petricca) Morrow of Scotia celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on December 2, 2011 with a renewal of their vows and a surprise dinner. The reception and dancing was hosted by their children and grandchildren at Riverstone Manor. The couple were married in North Canaan, CT on December 2, 1961. James is a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. He is a custodian for Scotia-Glenville High School. He and Marcia enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and attending their events. Marcia is a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School. She was a bus driver for Scotia-Glenville Central Schools. She retired in 2001 with 35 years of service. She also enjoys photography, gardening and crafts. Their children are Debbie Morrow Borden (Daniel) of Burnt Hills and James Morrow of Saratoga Springs. Their grandchildren are Jack and Jenna Morrow of Saratoga Springs and Danielle Borden of Burnt Hills.

Currently employed by the United States Navy, Norfolk, VA. Lt Wendth is a Naval Aviator, VAW-123 Screwtops attached to the carrier U.S.S. Enterprise. The wedding took place on November 19, 2011 in St. Louis Church, Buffalo, NY. It was officiated by Fr. John Mattimore. Jessica Edwards, friend of the bride, served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids; Lauren Wendth, sister of the groom, Leah Lombardo, friend of the bride and Amanda Maggiotto, friend of the bride. Sam Minassian, friend of the groom, served as Best Man.
